Sleep on your new mattress for at least 30 nights to allow your body to adjust to the premium support and comfort layers.
Initiate a Return
If you are not completely satisfied within your 100-night trial, visit our online return portal or contact our customer support team to begin the process.
Schedule a Pickup
For mattresses and large furniture, we will coordinate with a local charity or recycling partner to pick up the item directly from your home at no cost to you.
Receive Your Refund
Once the item has been picked up or returned via mail, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
